Could those be blood stains with a torn piece of hide on the abdomen?

Don't really know this was just a still shot from a video, it looked pretty healthy walking around and the nose and ears are black as well.

And look at the "black stuff" on the upper nasal portion next to the upper orbital of the eye.

Blood from a head on shot gun blast with buck shot?
