Selling my fishing shack

OK want to build a bigger shack this year selling my last years unit. Used for 3 days last year. The shack is up at Slave Lake right now. I have just over 12k in materials on this unit, doesn't include time to build.

Asking 10k OBO. Yeah, it's expensive, but it's a lifetime shack.

Sleeps 3 comfortably
25000 BTU forced air propane furnace
Double metal clad insulated walls, R12 double tec screwed, 4:12 pitch roof, 8' walls
R12 insulated floor, 2"
Propane rack on the outside
Propane/CO alarm runs on furnace power switch

1500 Watt Samlex Inverter with remote controller
Dual 6 volt sealed battery system, vented with provision for solar charging

Pioneer Head Unit with DVD player hooked to TV
6.5" Clarion Coax Marine speakers
Sink, drains into bucket
Custom benches, counter tops, cabinets. Benches fold into beds, -40 spec vinyl cushions
Loft with ladder, aluminum

That thing is sweet Paul.  Wish I lived near a lake that had consistent ice.
