A few pics from the last few days (May 23)

Here are a few of the bears ive been seeing the last few days. The pretty colored bear has two small black cubs but I have only seen them a couple times and always when I couldnt get the shot.

Looks like that last pic the colored phase bear has a tag in it's ear.

good stuff as always darcy.  the last 2 years you took pics of a big blond boar on the same pipeline......have you seen him this year?

Interesting that you found one with a colar and another with a tag on the ear.  What kind of study are they doing?  Which part of the province is this?  Thanks for the pics Darcy.  Glad you saw a bunch of bear.  The kids must of loved it

Do the feds ever harass you for stopping and taking photos? They always seemed quite intimidating at the orientations about anything that didn't involve work in exactly the spot where you were assigned to be. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks guys!

The pics are taken near where I am working. They are on the CLAWR.

And yes Skinny they the Range Patrol really watch what guys are doing up here but I access alot of roads they dont and I also just get out from the rig so they arent around.

And Ishootbambie I was actually thinking about that bear also. Im working about 40km south of that area but am gunna try and get up there and see if he is still around. Be neat to get pics of him 3 years running.
