Checked a couple trail cams and was pleasantly surprized to see some head gear starting

One we have been watching for a few years has about 6 inches already, if he adds 20 this season, he will be the target for this season...

Anyone else seeing anything promissing ?

i saw a mule deer in town yesterday with fuzzy stumps starting. i also saw a baby whitetail last week still wearing antlers though too. no real set calendar for that stuff. post up a pic of your buck. pics are always good.

Still pretty bald in this area. Have even seen a few bucks this past couple weeks still packing and alot of Elk still had their horns as well. Moose here seem to have all dropped but still not seeing any growth on them. Very little green grass or nutrients out in our area yet.

Will start to post as the bone grows.. A little to early to get ones hopes up.. I would expect a really good season this year, easy winter and early spring may be the ticket
