Couple Bou Pics.

Was out for a drive today and came accross a couple of last years calves. I think momma was just accross the road in the bush as they kept sniffing the wind in that direction and soon crossed over just in front of us and disapeared in da swamp. We see quite a few up here but as usual one seldom has the camera ready.

Most of the caribou I have seen have been from kootany lake and they are about half that size 100 pounds maybe.  Neat too see.

The last caribou I seen were close to Sunwapta falls in Jasper many many years ago.
