Was looking forward to the show this spring but once again work gets in the way,, oh well,, next year..

That,s too bad you cannot go Mr. Walleye's.  The show numbers from last year are 42, 000 people. Best days to go are thursday and friday. The traffic is bad on saturday and sunday but it should be a good show for the The Fishin'hole.

Was in to the Edmonton Boat and Sportsman Show ..yesterday nice eye candy weeman and the oil girls.. my mentee got Willie and Cory to sign (Duck Dynasty).. i got more line class tippets .. listened to some shows .. did alot of window shopping;;; talked to AFGA guys Jack, Steve,Conrad.. saw some nice mounts etc .. i was the guy in the funny hat(droupy Cowboy hat) and buckskin shirt.. had a great time

Hey is the edmonton show any better than Calgary or is it the boat show aswell?   David I would love to have met Willie...

The Red Deer show is much better than the Calgary show as it has more vendors and is not dominated by boats.  The Edmonton show is way bigger than Calgary with less boats and more hunting and fishing related products.  It is worth taking in for sure.

Too many boats in Calgary and not enough other stuff to see.
