I know it is a much better deal than I will be getting with NAIT in advanced education.  Ms. Redford has asked us to take 0 - 0 - 0% over the next 3 years because she cannot manage money.
The only bright side is that I got a promotion on the grid but the responsibility increased ten fold with that too.
