New social buttons
« on: April 01, 2012, 06:41:12 PM »
You will note the first post of each thread has social buttons on the top of it. These can be used to like and share the thread to various social networks including facebook, twitter, google+1 and a multitude of others. The button furthest on the right pops up to allow facebook sharing, or you can simply like a thread. If you have facebook or twitter feel free to use them, social sharing is a great way of getting new people to find us.

I ain't sure about others but I sure don't like the idea of my ideas being splashed all over the net by the push of a button.  If I wanted my views on the above sites then I'd put them there.  Please take the time to delete my account on this site.

Just so you know Barry as soon as you post on a public forum the posts are public knowledge and can be found when searching topics. This doesn't really change that.

Barry, it does not post anything specific to you. It's no different than someone sharing a link to a thread anywhere on the net. This is a public website. If you don't understand that sorry.

barry you are yourself are splashing your ideas all over the net by writing anything on the net... any simple search of something youve written or said before anywhere online can be found very easily.  just so you know

anything ive posted on here was more than likely put on one of them sights first anyway (or soon to be) so i dont have a problem with it. makes things a little bit easier in fact. i think its a great idea
