She is buisness as usual here. The whole lease is matted and we have 2 water pumps running steady to keep the lease from flooding so its not bad yet. The lease road is brutal but there is a cat pulling trucks in and out and trying to keep the road passable. Now with 10 surface holes finished we wont have cement trucks running down it a couple times a day so the road should be better. Rain has slacked off a little here today so we should start getting ahead of the water.

Even office rats get affected. Every time I look out my office window and it's pouring I get depressed, this seriously affects my production.

X2 I got so depressed I had to hit the strip club and drink beer the other day. It's tough man no doubt about it.

Yeah, it SUCKS.  Can't move rigs, can't get anything completed, can't do any tie in/pipeline work, can't even get in to properly operate some stuff.

It's brutal.

Well we just got done spraying yesterday. Neighbor rolled in with his big sprayer to finish up the last 200 acres. Started around 10:00 am and was hoping to be done by 3:00. Well dad finished pulling him out of the first mud hole around 1:00 and the second hole around 2:30 and he finished at the crack of 6:30.

So three extra hours of pulling chains through knee high mud tracking up the field and a good amount of swearing and cussing. But it's done.

Now if we could just get some of the cattle out of here we'd be golden.

damn rain... banks caved in on our ditch at work... took out a manhole and we had to dig up 3 pipe to get it right... it can be a pretty destructive force when it wants to be

My rig fired back up last week after breakup, then got shut down last weekend as all the roads in here washed out. I got here last night, back at her for now.
