My first salmon fishing trip - Langara Fishing Lodge
« on: September 01, 2013, 10:47:27 PM »
Well, I went on my first salmon fishing trip and what a trip it was. I spent 5 days at Langara Fishing Lodge from August 27 to 31...We flew from Calgary to Masset BC then took the helicopter to Langara Fishing Lodge...It is beautiful country and I saw Humpback whales, Orcas, Sun fish and an ancient Haida village... I caught my limit and released many fish including my 55 pound ling cod...

Awesome pics!!  Looked like a great trip, great ling cod!!  I have fished a few times with QCL and we can see Langara from the north end of the Queen Charlottes.  Always a great trip and a great place to fish.
