Getting old Honda Big Red parts is not too easy anymore. Lots were wrecked, but lots of guys still have them in mint condition. I have a buddy in Slave Lake knight I think he has 3 machines I will see if he's parting anything out.

I feel for you also, been looking for a muffler for my 86 .Was not going to pay $300.for a new one either.
Went to Cummins on the west end of Edmonton and picked up an RV muffler my cost was around $20.
It looks just like one of those adds  you see in ATV magazine that makes your ATV quiet if you attach it on the tail pipe.but they want $150- $200

Anyways I pulled my old muffler out .placed a  28 inch pipe in its place and stuck this RV muffler sideways out the back.  It is better than the stock one .
