About 5 years back, when Saskatchewan was still culling deer as part of the CWD grand plan, the CWD brochures revealed that hunters could harvest several extra whitetails as long as they were "does" or "three-point bucks".........I never got a clear answer from anyone about what exactly they meant by the "3" pointer . There are lots of variations possible with this definition up to an including what many would refer to as a 6 pointer (3 each side). When errors or ambiguity occurs in the published materials one would hope that the enforcement people or perhaps the judge would lean to the lenient side of any decision......so it should have been with the 410 mule deer.
