A doe stepped out in front of me the other day and all I could see was the top of her back and her head when she had it up.  I shot her where the neck joins the head and she dropped so fast I didn't know where she went.  I stood up and there was a brown lump on the ground.  When I skinned her I didn't need much to remove the head.
