To draw a late season 438 Trophy Sheep tag 3 times?

Pretty good if you're a douchey TV host.

I guess it's like they say "you make your own luck"

On a serious note though, something is terribly wrong with the system when one person gets a lottery draw 3 times. It will surely raise or had raised more than one eyebrow. The whole thing just stinks. Furthermore is there are people who just brush it off as luck, sorry but I'm not buying it, I own a calculator and know basic math and it's more than that.

So either there is absolutely no integrity in our draw system or a major flaw or both.

I would assume that Dick Cranium started this rumor himself. Just to piss in someone's cornflakes.

the odds of drawing this 3 times are around 1 in 13.8 million

increase a bit if you include his wife's as the 4th one...

I am very curious as to whether the rumour is true. I know for a fact he is a uber-douche, but will reserve judgement on the tag issue until the details surface.

Its no secret that there is no love lost between this person and I. He has lied many times in an effort to make me and my operation look bad.

However... in the interest of honesty...none of us know any facts regarding this. Having been continually plagued by rumors and outright lies being spread about me for years (many of them starting with this guy even) I feel the need to mention to you all that until there are some hard facts out there it isnt fair to accuse anybody of wrong doing, regardless of how we feel about the individual.  Lets leave the rumors, accusations and jumping to conclusions to the guys that specialize in that crap on that other forum. This forum is better than that :)

BigBears you're absolutely correct, yet to no ones surprise the dick head in question that could put some clatity to this situation has predictably acted in a manner you would expect from a spoiled 4 year old.

To the issue at hand inspite of what the reality is it's important because if true then there is very likely an issue with the system. If the integrity of the system comes into question then what? It has to be looked into and if the dich head in question truly had the interests of hunting in Alberta he should be the first to bring the facts forward.

Sadly he's much more interested in protecting his standing with the blind fools that keep him writing and filming the excrement he produces.

So somebody on AO who has been banned from there under more names than anyone can count starts a rumour and everyone jumps on it because of who the rumour was about. I wonder if it was about joe blow instead of rich if you all would have your panties in such a knot.

If you're referring to me....no I had nothing to do with these allegations. In fact if you look just a few inches up I just finished pointing out that there are no facts affiliated with these rumors at all.

Although this guy has lied through his teeth about me for years, spread tons of false Information about me and even gone so far as to create user names claiming to be me, I firmly believe that nobody deserves to have there name dragged through the mud by the clan of knuckle dragging keyboard jockeys over at that other site.  Now don't get me wrong, I would be lying if I said I wasnt not-so-secretly enjoying his public de pantsing...and the words "poetic justice" may have crossed my mind more than a few times as of late lol....but that dosnt change the fact that whats going on here is wrong.

There are ZERO facts out there about this that I have seen, and believe me...Im watching for them. If it comes to light that in fact a 3rd tag was drawn then I think most level headed, reasonable people would agree that some further investigation is in order, both into the system and the seemingly luckiest draw applicant ever.

But that being said, I think all our time could be a lot better spent out chasing our own animals instead of being so damned concerned about what everybody else is up to.

Wasn't refering to you BigBears. I was refering to people on both sites that really enjoyed dragging a mans name through the mud over unfounded allegations. As I said in my previous post I wonder if it had been someone other thatn rich if all the hub bub would still be there? I really doubt it.

My apologies in that case :)

And I completley agree. Its really sad how many keyboard jockeys there are out there that jump on a bandwagon and lynch a guy with absolutley no facts to go on.

Ive been there and as frustrating as it is, you have to feel sorry for a person whos quality of life is so poor they have to rely on an online alter ego to be one of the cool kids lol.

I reckon that Paul is right now very interested in getting the forum membership up over 1000.  And so he is hesitant to discipline some of the "members" on this site who step on and across the line.

Once the membership is up then the tolerance for misbehaviours will  hopefully diminish.

No idea what's going on here actually, but I know about the alleged zillion to one odds allegations.

Anything on AO can stay over there. As far as any serious violations of anything I don't see any issues here.

I have to agree with MAV though, it could have been addressed by now to put an end to it.

I have to disagree with Huntnut though, I don't think it matters who it is, pulling a tag like that 3 times is a huge long shot. I think if that was the case people would be talking irregardless.

Either way I don't see much point in discussing it really it is what it is whether it's true or not.

In a word"YES"!

If true the system is broken for a very coveted tag! Thats got to be looked into.

However the "what if's" make for some interesting speculation considering who's involved.
